On the 24 and 25 May 2018, Mediation Services International (MSI) successfully conducted a Mediation Refresher Training course for Mediators on the Guyana Court connected list at Marriot Hotel, Georgetown. 18 participants completed the training. The course was conducted on behalf of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Guyana in colloboration with the Judicial Reform Institutional and Strengthening (JURIST) Project for CCJ and funded by Government of Canada.

The course was conducted on behalf of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Guyana in colloboration with the Judicial Reform Institutional and Strengthening (JURIST) Project for CCJ and funded by Government of Canada.

On the 6th February 2017, the new Civil Procedure Rules 2016 were brought into effect on Guyana by the Practice direction.

On the 6th February 2017, the new Civil Procedure Rules 2016 were brought into effect on Guyana by the Practice direction.
